Employee Rights

It is our hope that each of our employees are remaining safe and healthy during this ever-changing pandemic. This is a crisis that none of us has ever experienced in our lifetime, but we are optimistic that we will come out of this even stronger than before. Additionally, the United States government has put measures into place to assist employees. One of those acts is the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This Act requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020. Each of you will receive a copy of the Employee Rights covered under the act in your Employee Self-Service portal on Paycom. Please take the time to review and familiarize yourselves with what is covered under the bill, because our agency will be adhering to the guidelines as required.
